Holly Newson is a warm and inquisitive presenter who’s the perfect mix of fun, reliable and kind. She’s all about exploration – fascinated by people, places, and opinions.
She is the charts expert on Graham Norton’s Book Club podcast, the host of long-running and audience favourite chat show Audible Sessions, a documentary presenter and creator, and has been the face of Audible’s YouTube channel.
Holly won at the Edinburgh TV Festival New Voice Awards 2024 for presenting. She has since presented a live event at Channel 4 about grief with Cariad Lloyd, hosted many discussions at Aesthetica Film Festival, and chaired a panel featuring Nish Kumar about how comedy and climate action can come together. She has also hosted live panel and interview events with personalities including Jess Phillips MP and Caitlin Moran.
You don’t get many people more happy and comfortable talking about complex topics than Holly. She’ll be the first to invite conversation about LGBTQ+ lives, get deep into feminism, or dive headfirst into grief and mental health. What’s special is that she never loses her joy and empathy. This makes her perfect for lighter subjects too, be that crafting, books, social history, whisky, or sleep science (yes, she’s presented and interviewed about all of these!). She also enjoys making comedians laugh!
